Shipping Policy

Shipping is free in the US — Every order ships free within the United States by Standard shipping. There is no minimum order and no shipping charge at checkout. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

International shipping — Canada ships for a flat $17.38 per order, and all other countries we ship to (listed below) ship for a flat $29.99 per order.

Where orders ship from — Orders ship from warehouses inside the United States.

Processing time — Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before they ship.

Delivery time — After shipment, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days within the United States. International orders ship from the United States and take longer than US delivery, and customs processing can add time. Most US orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering.

Tracking — When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If it doesn't arrive within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or message us through the Contact page.

Where we ship — We ship to the United States and to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czechia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, and India. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

Duties and taxes — For orders delivered outside the United States, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout, so they may be charged on delivery.
