Brisket Basket

Description

Butcher BBQ Brisket Basket — Adjustable Stainless Steel Brisket Caddy

You've spent hours getting the brisket right. Give it support through the cook. The Butcher BBQ Brisket Basket, also called a brisket caddy, is designed to help support a brisket and maintain its shape while it cooks. Developed with competition BBQ in mind, it's just as useful for backyard pitmasters who care about how their brisket looks when it comes off the smoker.

Its adjustable-width design lets you fit the basket to the brisket you're cooking. The stainless-steel sides help contain the meat as it cooks, supporting the edges instead of leaving them completely unsupported. That can be particularly helpful when you're working toward a tidy presentation for a turn-in box or serving board.

Adjustable Support for Your Brisket

• Adjustable width: Set the basket to suit the size of your brisket without forcing it into place.
• Supports the shape: Helps keep the brisket contained during cooking and handling.
• Foil-pan friendly: Designed to sit inside a standard foil pan for convenient use during wrapping or resting; check your pan dimensions.
• Made in the USA: Built from high-grade stainless steel for use in BBQ cooking.

More Than a Brisket Caddy

Depending on your cooker setup, the basket can also serve as a direct-heat barrier or an elevated cooking support for foods such as steaks. Always position it securely and make sure it does not interfere with safe airflow or heat management.

Built for competition-minded cooks. Practical for backyard BBQ. The Brisket Basket is a reusable accessory for cooks who want more control over how they support and handle a brisket. Trust Your Butcher.
